ORDERING INFORMATION FOR SURFING ART CARDS; SURFING POSTERS AND SURFING PRINTS
Please read carefully before placing your order.
Ordering Process
Don't forget to click on the Postage/Freight and Handling "Add to Basket" boxes (at top of list) according to whether you require delivery within or outside Australia.
Ordering via PayPal:
In your Shopping Cart you only need to put the number 1 for the postage.
On the Billing Information page complete all the fields marked with an * (asterisk).
You must provide a daytime contact phone number and/or email address should Soul
Surfer need to reach you straightaway regarding your order. Overseas customers
must provide a land line phone number only (no mobiles).
Ordering directly to Soul Surfer:
Tick on the Print & Fax box next to each item and print out this order page.
If you wish to purchase more than one of a certain item, then circle that item and write "x (the amount)" next to it.
Post, fax or email your ticked order page and ensure that you provide your name; postal address; delivery address; phone number and/or email address with the page.
Payment Options
Payment via PayPal:
If you tick this box, you have chosen to pay via Credit Card or Debit Card or
your bank account. Your financial information is never shared with Soul Surfer and vice versa.
Should you pay in Australian dollars there is no charge by PayPal. If
your transaction involves a currency conversion, PayPal shall contact you to advise on the "competitive" exchange rate fee.
Payment directly to Soul Surfer:
Payment can also be made with a money order, bank cheque or direct credit into Soul Surfer's bank account.
A money order or bank cheque should be attached to
your mailed order or posted separately within 14 days from the date of your order
if you email or fax your order page. If the payment is not received within 14
days, it will be assumed that your order is no longer required and therefore
will be cancelled.
For direct credit into Soul Surfer's bank account, please contact us to receive the bank details.

All payments must be in Australian dollars.
Soul Surfer will not accept personal or business/company cheques for
any order. Any of these items that are received will be returned to you, delaying
despatch of your order.
Soul Surfer does not directly accept credit or debit cards.
Postage/Freight and Despatch for Personal Orders within Australia
If paying via PayPal ignore the "Postage & Packing" subtotal heading.
Your postage will be listed as an item in the Shopping Cart instead.
Postage/Freight and Handling for all personal orders throughout Australia is
a flat rate of $10.00 AUD irrespective of the number of items ordered. Therefore,
the greater the number of items purchased the less the cost of postage/freight
per item.
Orders will be sent either by registered Australia Post or by courier. It is
therefore important to provide your contact phone number and/or email address
so that Soul Surfer can contact you for a delivery address if you have not provided it in the Billing Information through PayPal.
Orders will be despatched within 4 business days of your order being placed.
Soul Surfer shall not be held responsible if you advised an incorrect
or incomplete postal and delivery address.
Overseas Personal Orders
Postage/Freight and Handling for all personal orders outside Australia is a flat
rate of $22.00 AUD irrespective of the number of items ordered. Therefore the
greater the number of items purchased the less the cost of postage/freight per
item.
Postage will be by registered air mail which means a pink card (attached to the package) must be signed and posted back to Soul Surfer to confirm that you have received the order.
Australia Post advises that air mail delivery can take up to 10 business days from the date of despatch.
For some overseas orders you may be required to supply additional identification
via facsimile prior to the order being completed.
Any overseas orders being paid for by international money order or bank
cheque or direct credit must be in Australian dollars only. Overseas
currencies will not be accepted.
Replacements
Should any item be damaged in transit (ie via Australia Post or the courier)
then Soul Surfer shall
replace any item provided that it is returned in the same packaging within 7
days of the day of receipt. Please note that all items shall leave Soul Surfer properly
and securely packaged to avoid any damage in transit.
Before returning the item, Soul Surfer must be advised of the damage as soon as possible, so that a Soul Surfer returned item slip and appropriate post or courier form can be completed and signed.
Soul Surfer shall not, under any circumstances, refund or exchange
items if you have chosen incorrectly or change your mind. So make sure you select
your items carefully before placing your order.
